Checking email availability…
Reset links go only to the recovery email saved on the account. They expire in 30 minutes and work once. Your password stays unchanged until you use the link.
Need help?
Ask an administrator to check your recovery email in Admin. They can also create a one-time setup link for an email-based account. If you are the only administrator and cannot access the saved email, contact the person who manages this website.
